April, for Real

For the five people who read my first blog: my apologies. I began my decorating/DIY blog with the expectation anticipation of buying a house and then when I decided not to buy a house, it was a little sad to keep posting about decorating. 


This new little blog is where I can post any little thing that pops into my head, even if it’s not related to DIY or decorating (although there may be some of that, too!). I may have been absent from my blog, but I haven’t been absent from the blog-world; I think I’m probably a much better blog-reader than blog-writer. (If you’ve never checked out Young House Love or Suri’s Burn Book, then you’re missing out.) 


So this is my little online diary of sorts. There may be a little DIY; a little Pinterest; a little cookery/bakery; a little Real Housewives/Sister Wives/other-TV-trash dish; a little nonsense. Whatever the day may bring.


Since all blog posts need pictures, I'll leave this post with a random montage of things that make my heart smile...
